The R&D Department leverages Nikken's extraction, concentration, and drying technologies to pursue new manufacturing methods and commercialization opportunities.
Nikken Foods conducts R&D of natural flavors, powdered beverages, and functional ingredients to meet customer needs through selection of raw materials and manufacturing facilities, along with prototype analysis. We also welcome inquiries pertaining to test production.
